Name Changes
Caicos Express Airways does not permit passenger name changes.

Reservation Changes
After ticketing, there will be a $20.00 service fee for each change to the ticket.

Refund Policy
For tickets eligible for refunds the ticket will be refunded as follows:

If the ticket is totally unused, the full fare paid will be refunded less any applicable service charges or penalties.

If the ticket is partially unused, the refund will be the difference between the fare paid and the fare for the transportation actually used as determined by the applicable rules, less any applicable service charges or penalties.
